Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. seeks a Unified Communications Specialist to support a government enterprise environment in Quantico, VA. This role requires top secret clearance and hands-on experience with UC architectures, VoIP, SIP, SCCP, and H.323 protocols.

You will work on CUCM, Cisco Expressway, and related tools, manage QoS, security (DISA STIGs), and perform deployments, maintenance, and upgrades across the enterprise UC platform for mission-critical communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with CUCM, VoIP/SIP and enterprise troubleshooting.
• QoS implementation experience and DISA STIG compliance.
• Windows and Linux administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support UC architecture, identify and resolve enterprise issues/outages, implement complex call routing, secure VoIP configurations per DISA STIGs.
• Perform Change, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Configuration and Asset Management per client SOPs, building relationships with client staff.
• Conduct monthly ECS Network Architecture Reviews to identify security issues and recommend corrective actions.
