Job summary

PBF Energy is seeking a Project Controls Lead, Turnaround and Capital to drive best-practice capital projects and turnaround controls across its refinery network. The role will lead planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control initiatives, ensuring standardized methods and KPI governance across sites.

The position requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, ERP integration, and leadership across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in refinery turnaround planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of turnaround planning methodologies, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and cost control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide standards and best practices for turnaround planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Lead the rollout of CPMS and integration with ERP across sites.
• Coordinate with refinery leadership and turnaround teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop standardized cost estimation, tracking, forecasting and reporting methods.
• Train refinery teams in maximizing use of turnaround project controls technology.
• Establish KPIs for project controls at the portfolio level.
