Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in refinery turnaround planning, scheduling, and cost control with leadership.
• Familiarity with process safety, environmental regulations, and refinery economics.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale turnaround project controls.
• Strong knowledge of turnaround planning methodologies, scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Experience managing turnaround software systems and ERP integration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple sites.
• Drive standardization and efficiency improvements; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide standards for turnaround planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Lead support to Director, Turnaround Excellence and refinery leadership for alignment with objectives.
• Standardize CPMS practices for project planning, scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Ensure robust turnaround integration plans for capital projects requiring a turnaround.
• Oversee KPI development and performance reviews for project controls teams.
• Standardize planning, packaging and scheduling across sites with a common software system.
• Integrate turnaround tools with SAP, Track and other platforms; train refinery teams.
