Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers navigate tax needs, prepare returns, and provide tax advice while growing the local client base. You will engage with customers in-person, leverage marketing support, and use TurboTax software to deliver accurate tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
