Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs and build trusted relationships. As a front-line advisor, you’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support while growing the local client base through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return prep for 30+ federal/state returns/szn.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and trust.
