Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while growing your local client base and delivering an exceptional, personal experience.

You will engage with the community, demonstrate tax knowledge in everyday language, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in tax (EA/CPA or attorney preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build lasting relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
