Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax expertise, prepare returns, and support clients with deductions, planning, and software guidance, sitting with customers in meetings and collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end experience. You will grow the local TurboTax business by attracting new clients, building relationships, and participating in community events, using marketing tools

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through community outreach and events, with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll to cover their full financial needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain professional service standards.
