Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare tax returns, provide expert tax guidance, and deliver personalized service to clients in a front-facing retail setting. The role emphasizes community engagement, growth of local client bases, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing and tools to build a thriving practice within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow the local client base through community engagement and marketing support.
