Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, becoming a trusted local advisor and growing your client base within the community. You will represent TurboTax in the community, handle simple to complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with marketing and technology resources to deliver exceptional service and foster

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty in the local community.
• Leverage marketing support and software to build a thriving business.
