Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and build lasting client relationships in a friendly, community-focused setting. Eligible candidates will work 20+ hours per week in a non-exempt, front-facing role, wearing a TurboTax uniform, and engaging local customers to grow the TurboTax client base while delivering an outstanding in-store

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal and state tax returns experience.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Able to obtain required state licenses or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax in community events and initiatives.
