Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, serving in-person customers with tax preparation and advice.

You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and represent TurboTax in the community with a focus on exceptional customer service. Role is non-exempt and onsite, with potential to support a broad range of tax scenarios, including individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and relationships.
• Assist customers in-person and via TurboTax tools to deliver a best-in-class experience.
