Intuit Careers is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services.

You will also build local client relationships, participate in community events, and be the face of TurboTax in your market, delivering a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) or strong tax license required.
• PTIN active and eligible to file taxes in the U.S.
• Proven experience preparing a wide range of personal and business returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
