Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, advise clients, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service in a community-focused role. The role emphasizes building local client bases, offering in-person and virtual support, and growing Intuit's ecosystem with services like payroll and bookkeeping.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing a local client base and organizing community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for a year‑round support plan.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to turn transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video-assisted interactions.
