Job summary

Intuit seeks a year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will build local client bases, foster long-term relationships, and participate in training to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Intuit with professionalism and adapt to peak tax season demand.
