Job summary

Lineage Logistics in New York is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to manage day-to-day transportation operations at the facility in partnership with operations. You will lead and develop a team of transportation professionals.

The role emphasizes ELD oversight, DOT compliance, driver support, routing optimization, and daily performance analysis, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of two years' experience in transportation or a related role, including at least one year in supervision.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Pay range provided: $62,353.20 - $92,900.00.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ELD performance and coordinate with the ELD Coordinator to resolve issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain updated driver logs.
• Lead and develop a team of transportation professionals.
• Review routes, adjust backhauls, and optimize delivery plans.
• Manage daily communications, issue resolution, and driver support.
• Analyze driver performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the Transportation Manager and supervise Dispatchers.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
