Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field; 3–5 years of leadership experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years transportation experience and 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, training, coaching, and rewarding.
• Manage the operation with integrity to achieve key performance goals; monitor, analyze, and improve variables impacting revenue and costs.
