Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Develop client relationships and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering to deliver engineering deliverables.
• Ensure permits and documentation are in place.
