Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operating strategy for Via's Tulare service, including on-time performance, rider experience, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Define and manage KPIs; translate data into operational decisions, not just reports.
• Design staffing models and scheduling for a 24/7 operation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Lead frontline operations team from hiring to performance management and culture setting.
• Develop frontline leaders to grow into expanded roles as the service scales.
• Foster strong partner relationships and represent Via to community stakeholders and riders.
