The successful candidate will design, develop, and manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure programs align with compliance and organizational goals while leveraging modern learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in training design or L&D.
• Experience in manufacturing or scientific settings.
• Ability to translate theory into engaging training.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with solid project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of training programs.
• Evaluate existing initiatives and implement improvements.
