Job summary

Derse seeks a Portable Programs Coordinator to join the Logistics team in Milwaukee, handling client inventory, job entry, and transportation orders. You will also review and reconcile credit card statements for assigned clients.

This onsite role requires organizing show services, I&D and transportation, with collaboration across multiple teams to support trade shows and experiential events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant experience.
• Trade show or face-to-face marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be process oriented.

Responsibilities

• Understand client program pricing and variances with Logistics Manager.
• Create and enter Job Numbers into Accelerate from the portal.
• Update Accelerate database and inventory management.
• Charge labor to Job Numbers using the Service Provider Template.
• Enter events into Portable Program Calendar for divisional view.
• Prepare show service orders and generate POs; place transportation orders.
• Place I&D orders and generate POs; manage damage claims.
• Perform quality control before shipping and reconcile charges.
