Derse, a leading experiential marketing and events company in Milwaukee, is seeking an Experiential Coordinator to support the planning and execution of client events. You will assist Event Managers and Producers, coordinating logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes organization, vendor coordination, and use of Cvent for housing, registration, and tracking, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, multi-location team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar.
• 1+ years of relevant event or experiential marketing coordination.
• Prior knowledge of Cvent or event databases preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and coordinate execution of client events, supporting the Event Manager and Producer.
• Attend client meetings to understand objectives, budgets, and vendor management.
• Support housing & registration, venue planning, and Cvent tracking.
• Maintain event planning documents such as meeting minutes, timelines, and tracking logs.
• Monitor planning process to ensure objectives are met on time.
• Maintain accurate job files for assigned events.
• Collaborate with team members and fill-in as needed.
• Reconcile project expenses and verify accurate recording.
