The role emphasizes Preventative Maintenance, TPM and emergency response processes, with responsibilities to develop TPM/TPR initiatives, and to guide a team in reducing downtime and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 3+ years in plant maintenance/engineering leadership with proven leadership skills.
• Experience with TPM program development, implementation and assessment.

Responsibilities

• This position operates on a full‑time onsite status at our Painesville, OH facility.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulations.
• Provide training, coaching, performance planning, and feedback to develop direct reports and others.
• Directly support the development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.
• Lead TPM/TPR initiatives, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, CMMS, continuous improvement, 5S.
• Identify and assign maintenance projects focused on reducing downtime and operating costs.
