Job summary

Avery Dennison in Concord, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to lead the Engineered Films Plant's maintenance group. You will plan and direct maintenance activities to resolve safety, quality, and production issues, keeping operations in peak readiness and minimizing unplanned downtime through preventative programs.

Responsibilities include onsite leadership, TPM program development, coaching direct reports, and implementing TPM/TPR initiatives, CMMS, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or Six Sigma Blackbelt/Greenbelt is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in plant maintenance/engineering leadership with proven leadership skills.
• Experience with developing, implementing and assessing a TPM program.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (AC/DC drives, PLC logic, motor controls).
• Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office, AutoCAD.

Avery Dennison is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to join the Engineered Films Plant's Maintenance group in Concord, Ohio. The Maintenance Team Manager will plan and direct the activities of the maintenance team through ongoing manufacturing support to resolve safety, quality, and production issues. As Maintenance Team Manager, you will ensure operations are maintained to the highest state of readiness by minimizing unplanned maintenance related down time. In this role you will focus on Preventative Maintenance Systems / Planning in conjunction with Emergency Response Processes and Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment, promote collaboration & teamwork, and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with data analysis and trends.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $75,300 - $112,448 / year.
