RTX Advance Products Solution (APS) seeks a proactive Information Systems Security Administrator to support Windows and Linux desktops onsite in Westford, MA. You will manage assets, perform security patching, and train users while working with ISSEs to deploy new IT and security solutions in an Agile environment.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, plus a Top Secret/SSBI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in IT infrastructure.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux desktops, physical and virtual.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone, and electronic support for Windows and Linux desktops.
• Perform routine maintenance: antivirus updates, patching, and monitoring.
• Manage assets, inventories, and user accounts with proper access controls.
• Create documentation and train users for consistent processes.
• Collaborate with ISSEs and teams to deploy IT/security solutions in Agile environments.
