Job summary
Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at Tesla in Austin, TX. You will engage directly with the customer to optimize torque tools and fastening equipment, driving operational improvements and reliability.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will perform maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and network-related support on tooling, ensuring peak performance and seamless data flow within the customer
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation or data collection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to read schematics; MS Office, networking, and databases.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Be a Brand Ambassador promoting Atlas Copco torque tools and fastening solutions.
- Maintain, calibrate, and check tools for peak efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network issues.
- Repair, upgrade, and adjust equipment to improve productivity and reliability.
- Configure and troubleshoot tools within the customer's network and data systems.
