Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the brand onsite at General Motors in Bowling Green, KY. You will optimize torque tools and fastening equipment, engage directly with the customer, and promote Atlas Copco’s excellence in tooling solutions.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will troubleshoot equipment and network connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with data systems and reporting tools on first shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer to promote Atlas Copco’s torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network environment.
