Responsibilities include test plan execution, process improvement evaluation, and managing all project phases from design through validation in a hands-on, on-site environment. 12-month contract, W2 hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Catia design experience with high proficiency in 3D modeling and detailing.
• Familiar with ANSI/ISO standards and Detailed Drawing Requirements.
• Experience designing castings, stampings, and turned components.
• GD&T knowledge for applying drawing rules.
• Strong writing, communication, and ability to manage technical details.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with customers, internal and external.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements.
• Assist Product Development with manufacturability reviews.
• Develop manufacturing processes, plans, and procedures for tool fabrication.
• Manage all project phases: design, document, fabricate, assemble, validate.
