Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years Catia design experience with 3D modeling.
• Familiar with detailed drawing requirements and standards (ANSI/ISO).
• Knowledgeable in designing castings, stampings and turned components.
• GD&T knowledge to apply rules to drawings; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tool and fixture design and fabrication requirements with customers.
• Coordinate and develop test plans; execute them.
• Develop and evaluate process improvements.
• Assist product development to ensure manufacturability of new designs.
• Develop manufacturing processes and procedures for tool fabrication.
• Manage all project phases: design, document, fabricate, assemble, validate.
