Applied Innovation is seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service team in Southfield, MI. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with light on-call rotation after training.

You will install, configure, and support client IT environments, including Windows/macOS, servers, AD, and 365, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong communication skills, and experience with ConnectWise and Cisco Meraki.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common IT tools.

• Install, configure, and support customer IT environments including workstations and servers.

• Provide guidance to Tier 1 technicians and support on-call duties as required.
