VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Representative (Tier 1) to provide onsite customer support in Morrow, GA. You will handle calls about internet outages, billing, and account needs, performing basic troubleshooting and documenting all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or contact center.
• Technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for internet service interruptions and billing questions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for internet, hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose using approved tools, scripts and procedures.
• Create and manage trouble tickets; escalate when needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Navigate multiple systems to assist customers efficiently.
• Stay aware of outages and customer-impacting events.
• Strive for first-call resolution with courteous service.
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity and CSAT targets.
