Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an onsite engineer to assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. You will collect and analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and work with engineers to meet project goals and timelines.

The role requires a HS diploma or technical education with 2+ years of related experience, plus ability to read GD&T and schematics. Proficiency with SMT equipment such as paste printers, SPI, AOI, X-ray, and PARMI is

Qualifikationen

• Requires HS diploma (or GED) or related technical education with 2+ years of experience.
• English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• US citizenship required for access to program/contract.
• Electronics, mechatronics, electromechanics, automation or related field preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and schematics to analyze issues.
• Hands-on exposure to SMT equipment and precision machining.

Aufgaben

• Assist in design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data with accuracy and standards compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to support project goals and timelines.
• Ensure work complies with company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting and in RTRP exercises.
• Manage documentation like SW, PM and OPM suggestions.
