Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Melbourne, FL offers an onsite avionics test/assembly role focusing on following blueprints, performing functional tests, and documenting results. The position requires a U.S. Person or eligibility for export authorization and at least a high school diploma or GED with related experience.

RF, digital, and analog circuit familiarity is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using DMMs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analysers, with SAP knowledge

Qualifications

US Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Follows blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Performs functional testing per pre-established test procedure.
Monitors tests through completion, records test data and services test equipment.
Documents acceptance or failure results.
Demonstrates proper use of hand and machine tools, test equipment, and measuring devices.
Trains others for technical tasks as needed.
