Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum STEM degree and 5 years in manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve test yields, production throughput, test capacity, and overall product quality.
• Identify test failure trends and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Study performance and reliability of existing test equipment and establish programs to decrease downtime.
• Analyze test approaches for cost reduction, improved yields, and greater test capacity.
• Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for accurate staffing and test equipment needs.
• Train floor technicians on products and test systems.
