RTX is seeking a Test Systems Engineer II for our onsite Tucson, AZ location. The role involves working with several engineering teams to define and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements, ensuring robustness from component to All-Up-Round. A STEM degree with 2+ years of related experience and the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance are required. MBSE methods and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
• Experience applying systems engineering to test requirements development, planning, techniques, and validation.
• Exposure to MBSE approaches and model-based testing methods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance before start date.
• Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to develop subsystem models and interfaces.
• Manage requirements traceability and communicate test needs to equipment designers.
• Promote reuse of Test Environment requirements to improve efficiency in testing.
