Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Equipment Program Lead to oversee multiple project teams in the Raytheon Test Solutions Center, onsite in MA. You will manage capital TE scope, drive long-range planning, and ensure execution across lifecycles while maintaining EAC discipline.

The role requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of leadership, with experience in EVM, IMS baselining, and proposals. Active Secret clearance is required for this DoD program and the position is 100% on-site.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
Eight+ years leading mid- to large-sized teams on technical projects.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects.
Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple capital projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
Understand scope, factory and program needs of capital programs.
Drive and be involved in long range planning for capital TE.
Lead capital TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
Follow TS EAC process for capital scope execution and metric generation.
