Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller for our Redding, CA location. As the first point of contact for clients, you will perform transactions, maintain accuracy, and uphold Breakthrough Client Service Standards. You will work under the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to strengthen client relationships and identify product opportunities.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits and other daily tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Interact with clients to identify financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
