Job summary

Located in Peachtree City, GA, SANY America is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Support Specialist to join the team. You will provide technical parts support to dealers and end-users via email, phone, and online requests, primarily in a call center setting.

This onsite role emphasizes accuracy in parts identification and timely communication. Under supervision, you will use SAP, SIS, and Salesforce to document cases, coordinate with dealers, and resolve inquiries about parts, manuals, and

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy equipment parts sales or customer service.
• Outstanding phone etiquette, fluent in verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in construction equipment.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to identify parts from manuals and diagrams; interpret technical specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and mature judgement in problem solving.
• Root Cause/Countermeasure approach to solving non-reoccurring problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts support to dealers and end-users via call center or online.
• Record and close cases in Salesforce with details.
• Interact with dealers/customers about parts, manuals, and orders.
• Gather information to determine required parts.
• Research information using the internet, SAP and SIS.
• Follow standard processes from Parts SOP and policies.
• Identify and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Independently resolve problems with managers and other departments.
• Follow up on pending orders and backorders with dealers/customers.
