Hammerhead is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Customer Deployments in Redwood City, CA, to oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer engagements. You will coordinate across engineering and product teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager in data center infrastructure, cloud platforms, or energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program plan for customer deployments.
• Serve as the central point of contact for partner and customer stakeholders.
• Define and document Hammerhead's repeatable deployment playbook.

Skills

Technical fluency in data center power and cooling systems

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments

Comfort with ambiguity

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
