Job summary

Hammerhead AI in Redwood City is looking for an AI/ML Simulation Engineer to build and scale high-fidelity digital twins of data center environments. You will create simulations that serve as training grounds for RL Engineers. This role requires 3+ years of experience in developing simulations, strong programming skills, and an MS or PhD in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in developing digital twins or high-fidelity simulations.
• Experience with simulation frameworks or libraries.
• Strong understanding of first-principles modeling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-fidelity, physics-based simulations of data center components.
• Integrate individual asset models into a comprehensive simulation platform.
• Develop methodologies to validate simulation accuracy against real-world data.
• Create and maintain infrastructure for training AI agents at scale.
• Ensure the simulation platform is fast, scalable, and efficient.
