Responsibilities

• Own the program plan for customer deployments from start to finish.
• Act as the main contact for partner and customer stakeholders.
• Define Hammerhead's repeatable deployment playbook and TPM frameworks.
• Engage with hardware partners for validation and integration.
• Ensure customer success post-deployment by monitoring satisfaction.
