Job summary

MDToolbox in the Tri-Cities, WA is hiring immediate, full-time Technical Support Representatives for an in-person role. You will learn our software and support customers through onboarding, help users set up accounts, and answer questions about general software use.

You will troubleshoot issues across our web and mobile healthcare software, providing patient, technology-focused assistance to end users while working a Monday–Friday daytime schedule at our Tricities, WA office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, call center, or a related customer support environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to assist users with varying levels of computer proficiency while delivering excellent service.
• Solid documentation skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• 1 year of technical support/helpdesk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn our software and support customers through onboarding.
• Help users set up accounts and get started with our platform.
• Answer questions about general software use.
• Troubleshoot issues across our web and mobile healthcare software products.
• Provide patient, technology-focused assistance to end users.
• Support customers in person at our Tricities, WA office during a Monday to Friday day shift.
