Piper Companies is seeking a Program Manager to join a leading organization in electronics manufacturing near Harrisburg, PA. The role requires coordinating cross-functional manufacturing initiatives and ensuring successful product delivery across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of program management experience in manufacturing, with a background in electronics or high-tech production. PMP is a plus and ERP systems familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management, project management, or operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting electronics, semiconductor, interconnect, telecommunications, or high-tech manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain coordination.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on program goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage manufacturing programs throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning through production ramp and ongoing delivery.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and production teams to drive program objectives.
• Translate customer forecasts, demand requirements, and technical specifications into actionable manufacturing strategies.
• Monitor program performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain schedules and customer commitments.
• Lead program review meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate resource planning activities to support production demands and operational readiness.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and process optimization.
