Job summary

PTY TECH, LLC seeks a seasoned Project Supervisory professional for an onsite role at the client's site in Rochester, NY. You will support desktop users, drive hardware replacements, Windows upgrades, and PC refresh efforts, while overseeing datacenter activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and business leads. This is a contract position with 100% onsite presence in Rochester.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting desktop users with hardware replacement and Windows upgrades.
• Experience in data center operations.
• Knowledge of ticketing platforms and ITIL fundamentals are a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow is highly preferred.
• Ability to plan projects, manage budgets, and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager to meet program goals and SLA targets.
• Liaise with financial leads to track project costs and chargebacks.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Plan and coordinate end-user services and desktop support.
• Track contracts and present results in forums.
• Assist with change management activities where applicable.
• Provide technical assistance with hardware and software.
