Job summary

PTY TECH, LLC is seeking a project supervisory professional for a 100% onsite role in Rochester, NY. You will support desktops and datacenter operations, coordinating with the Project Manager and vendors to ensure SLA attainment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow. This contract position requires excellent client rapport and proactive planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project supervisory experience
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting WIN7/10 desktops & laptops
• Experience supporting a client’s datacenter operations
• Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is a big plus
• Ability to do project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning, and reporting
• Can manage small project teams
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Work with and under the direction of the Project Manager to ensure adherence with program goals and SLA attainments
• Liaise with business financial leads and users to help in tracking Charge back to Project cost center
• Coordinate with selected vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services to all end users and datacenter stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate all end user services and desktop support required by end users
• Active contract tracking and management
• Presenting / Reporting results in various forums
• Liaise with vendors to generate POs / Initiate SOW reviews and signoffs
• Help generate agenda and schedule business meetings (X-line sponsor/Application governance board)
• Assist the team in change management activities
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
