Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field with 12+ years in technology, business management, strategy, operations, governance, risk, or financial services
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 16+ years in technology, business management, strategy, operations, governance, risk, or financial services
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and developing associates
• Experience supporting technology organizations, strategic initiatives, portfolio management or business operations functions
• Experience developing executive communications, business reporting, and performance metrics
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management activities
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR, or other enterprise functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, priorities, and objectives aligned with business goals
• Lead a team responsible for governance, reporting, planning, and operational activities
• Lead annual budget, headcount, investment planning, and financial forecasting
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, monitoring, and reporting of initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on financial and portfolio performance
• Coordinate with Finance to manage budget performance and investments
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and risk governance reviews
• Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Execute leadership operating routines like business reviews and governance forums
• Ensure timely communication across leadership and stakeholders
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to measure financial, operational, and risk performance
• Collaborate with leaders to align technology investments with business objectives
• Support vendor governance and contract oversight
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, reporting, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices
