Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience as a team lead or similar role.
• Ability to work onsite in Elon and manage diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety toolbox talks, safety meetings and Kaizen events.
• Perform in-process audits to ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain LDM boards with data owners and actions.
• Update hour-by-hour boards for team performance and status.
• Review and execute work-center schedules for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to optimize machine uptime.
• Assign daily tasks to operators and manage duties.
• Manage rework and scrap processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory data for scrap and excess.
• Maintain FIFO and WIP lanes.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with training to develop team members.
