Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and build lasting relationships.

This role is non-exempt with on-site requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs, using TurboTax software, and representing TurboTax in local events and marketing

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing federal/state tax returns.
• Willingness to work onsite and in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in your locality.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
