Intuit Careers in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, from discovery through resolution, while growing the local client base.

You will help clients understand complex tax situations, coordinate with supporting specialists, and deliver personalized solutions in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base and leading outreach events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
