Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build relationships, and collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes growth in the local market and year-round client support. The successful candidate will combine tax knowledge with community outreach, providing personalized tax planning and guidance while leveraging

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8am–5pm, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and to be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
