SonicJobs is recruiting for Intuit to fill TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

Grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end support and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients with related services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning within Intuit ecosystem.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
